Your business is greatly appreciated. We will resolve any issue due to our error to ensure your customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately. We will try our best to solve your problem.

1. All of our items are directly from the manufacturer and are guaranteed to be 100% functional and covered by a DOA warranty. If for any reason you receive an item in a non-working condition or your item is "Not as Described" please contact us within 14 business days and we will work with you to resolve all issues.

2. All items are covered by 90 days from the date of shipment. If your item should fail please contact us via email and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

3. All items must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form provided by us before being returned. If you would like to request an RMA please contact us through email: order@pcpartshub.com.

4. Items with signs of wear and tear or damages due to mishandling, physical abuse etc. which voids our warranty will not be accepted as returns so, we would suggest you to carefully handle and use proper tools when replacing or removing the parts purchased. 

5. All return items must be returned with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc. Refund will be made when the return arrived. When a return is received and we find that we shipped you the exact part number you ordered or compatible part, then there will be a 20% restocking fee off the item cost. Shipping cost is not refundable.


Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part. Warranty covers for defective products only.
