Delivery Information

All Items shipped within 24 hours or the next business day of receipt of payment. (sat.& sun. excluded). 

1. Please make sure the address is complete, including business name and suite number if the postal address is a business complex, and proper suburb name.

2. Please make sure your address in PayPal matches with your address you want us to ship to as we ship to your PayPal address in normally. We are not responsible for the package loss by wrong or undeliverable address. If the shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incomplete address provided by you, we will have to re-charge you the re-shipment postage. 

3. Our shipping costs also include the cost of the packaging box, packaging material used to protect the product and/or any other material used during the processing of the order. 

4. Shipping cost is not including duties or Tax.
